HAP is a TRUE HMO - Hellish Meanies Organization!! I agree with everyone else who has put in there dime here - FIGHT 'EM!! I was denied twice, then ok'd IF I passed a psych exam, FAIL THAT, and finally appealed to the state. Only money it cost me was for the copies and postage. Keep your chin up - you will get your approval!
