5 Questions for, Valentine's Day 2006

1. Did you get a Valentine's gift from your sweety? Yes, I received a card and an arrangement of carnations, I like carnations better than roses they last longer. 2. Do you drink coffee? I drink more coffee now than before surgery? I think its the always being cold problem. 3. Are you doing anything special for Valentine's Day? My husband and I are taking supper done to his mothers, it was my suggestions. She is 87 years old and gets very lonely. 4. Do you decorate your home and/or office for the different holidays? Yes to both. 5. What are your vacation plans for 2006? We are planning several trips: We will be going to Kentucky in March (long weekend), Oklahoma in May (nephew's graduation), camping in July, UP state fair in August, camping again in late September or October and I would really like to go to Las Vegas sometime in the fall.

1. No gift yet...... but the day is not over!!! I know he will surprise me yet!!!! 2. I hate to say... I drink more coffee now than before surgery too!!! I blame my new next door neighbor for getting me hooked!!! 3. NO..... I work in the mornings and my husband works afternoons.... but I am planning on taking my kids to the show to see The Pink Panther 4. yes..... 5. ohhhh... spending every weekend this summer up at our trailer in Traverse City on Lake Leelanau!! we can't wait!!!

1. Did you get a Valentine's gift from your sweety? Not yet, although I haven't been home from work yet. He did make reservations at a nice restaurant for tonight, so that is cool! 2. Since our daughter works for an airlines, we are trying to take advantage of the free flights! Hoping to get away to Vegas, and also CA again. I'd like a trip to the Carribean, but $$$ is short, even though the flights are free.

1. I got a leather jacket - the best Valentine's gift I've ever gotten!!! This morning I also woke up to a large heart balloon and a beautiful card. 2. Eeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwww - coffee 3. Hubbie is working tonight, but I'm taking the kids to dinner and then we're going swimming at the Rec center. 4. If you count flowers on the table, then yes, I decorated for the holiday. No really, I don't decorate for the different holidays, just never spent the money to do it. 5. Vacation??????????? What's that?????

1. Did you get a Valentine's gift from your sweety? Nope, and in all honesty I dought I will. *sigh* 2. Do you drink coffee? I've always liked coffee.. but I've always liked DECAFE. I think actually I drink less of it post-op. But Im a freak so. 3. Are you doing anything special for Valentine's Day? I hand-dipped straberries for teh family. Just a little treat 4. Do you decorate your home and/or office for the different holidays? Holoween and Christmas only 5. What are your vacation plans for 2006? Lets see.. so far next month we are doing Florida/ Disney. Cape Cod in August again and NYC in october for my brothers wedding. Im sure we will ahve several more trips back east before teh wedding, along with small trips to TC and toledo to see freinds. We wher hoping to go on a trip for our 10th wedding aniversary but my brothers wedding kind of got in the way.... maybe next year for 11!

1. an e-card 2. no i used to A LOT after surgery--but then one day, suddenly, it made me violently ill, so now i have switched to tea. been drinking a lot of water lately 3. working all day--that count? 4. sometimes 5. going to vegas again this year with a friend from KY and celebrating the last year of our 'childhood' and the last year of being irresponsible *gigglesnort* (before we flip the next decade--our birthdays are within 2 months of eachother--shes older)

1. Did you get a Valentine's gift from your sweety? No...we aren't gift exchangers. Plus we are going out of town for a 4 day weekend this weekend. 2. Do you drink coffee? I drink the occasional decaf coffee. I find I don't enjoy coffee anymore because I usually sipped it WITH something...usually sweet...LOL!! I am, however, a hot decaf tea drinker....two 16oz mugs a day, at least. 3. Are you doing anything special for Valentine's Day? Nope....we don't really buy into valentine's day. We have a great relationship and love each other dearly. We both feel we don't need a day on the calendar to tell each other so. Man, that sounds so cynical! We really are sweet people! 4. Do you decorate your home and/or office for the different holidays? Usually just Christmas, IF I decorate for any holiday. 5. What are your vacation plans for 2006? Nothing too definite for sure, yet. Possibly NC in March. TN in April. WV in July. We don't plan too far ahead. We are spur of the moment, spontaneous type people. We do, however, spend most of the summer weekends at our trailer and out on our boat.

Hey Christina! What part of WV? 1. I got a box of SF Chocolates (Whitman's) and he took me to Applebee's for lunch. Today was my first real day out since m knee surgery so it was a quick trip. 2. I use to hate coffe and now I drink it every day. I sometimes have 3 or 4 cups. I mostly do smoothies with it though. 3. Just lunch! see #1 4. Don't do any decorating. 5. we have a couple of things planned. I know we are doing our College 10 year reunion in October, so we will be in WV for that. I am hoping to do NC in June. we will be in PA in July(that's our church conference & isn't really vacation, but we are away, so I count it).
