Problems with OH

For several weeks, I have not been able to access my profile. It keeps saying that there is no such user! I have written to tech support several times, but no response. I have Windows XP and I took out my spyware program, but this did not fix the problem. Also, when I saw Kevin yesterday, he could not access OH at all! Could someone please help us??

I'm talking about the words "My Profile" right above the members tag in yellow. I cannot update my profile at all! When I try to log on all I get is "No account was found with that username and password."
