Walking At Lakeside!

Yup, that time again! Saturday moring, 9am SHARP, Ruby Tuesday's, upper level. Any takers??

Rhonda - I would love to be able to make it down there, but I can't make it. I am however, up to walking 3 miles a day again!!!! So, I'll be walking with you in spirit tomorrow. Enjoy!! Laurie

Rhonda I will definatly be interested in walking on sats at lakeside after I am cleared to exercise after my surgery. So please keep me in mind I have to read my manual again to see how long I have to wait but as soon as I can walk I will be there walking with you probably not as fast but it will be fun to meet you and some day be at your pace. Angie

Walk now. Then after your surgery walk again. Then some more. Then take some water and some broth and walk some more. But I would start now for as much as you can. It will decrease your chance for DVT - Deep Vein Thrombosis or pulminary embolism. The more you walk the better off you will be. I might even go. I haven't been in a while and I'm sure Jon would have wanted me to me there.I will walk at your pace with you and rest with you when you want to. kp @ goal

I will have the protein in my car if you come walking and you want to buy it! However, you are always welcome to walk with us at any time, but Kevin is right!

Once I heal up from this surgery and get this dang drain out I will be joining you all at Lakeside again. Miss you all! sf Lauri B

I'll be walking in the morning but it won't be Lakeside, it'll be oceanside. The family is in Miami ready to board for the cruise in the morning. Have a great walk! Jon
