Hey, does anybody know..when you write a formal grievance letter to the insurance company, do you also include ALL the paperwork you've already sent to them plus a copy of the denial letters?

Hi Kim, I just had to file one with my insurance company and said for me to send all my records again. I did send a copy of the denial letter along with it. I still have not heard anything but I am praying for the best. hope that helps
