update

Hello guys, long time no hear! I am still here reading just never have time to post. I am down 117 pounds and doctor says I am fine right where I am, anything I lose now is a bonus. So I am really happy now. My cousin is having the surgery next month so I need to get her on here. I am so happy on how everyone is doing! Way to go! Man there is alot of newbies out there and they are doing great! Keep up the good work! Love ya guys, Stacy

Hi April WLS sister! Glad you are doing so wonderfully! I am down 108-111 lbs and do not want to lose any more, either. I feel great and am still following the rules! Life is so good now and I am happy all the time, too. We are so blessed! Love, Pam
