Support Groups in Lansing/East Lansing area?

I go to school at Michigan State, and I don't have a support group here. I have one back home in Bloomfield Hills, but I was hoping to find one in the area. Anyone know of any?

Sorry, I don't know of any support groups there, but just wanted to say "GO SPARTANS"!!! My daughter graduated from MSU in the Spring 2005, Latin American Studies, and couldn't help myself! Hope you find a group! Theresa

Hi Ashley, I know of two open support group meetings in the Lansing area. One is at the Ingham Medical Hospital the first Thursday of the month, and the other one meets at a church on Pennsylvania Avenue. I'm not sure of the name of the church but I will find out and post it for you. They meet twice a month....Linda

Ashley, I found the information for the Lansing support groups. There is a group meeting at the Christ Lutheran Church at 122 S. Pennsylvania Ave. just south of Michigan Avenue. They meet twice a month on the second and fourth Month of the month from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. The other one is at Ingham Medical Hospital. They meet at the Educational Center, Conference Room A. It's at the corner of Washington and Greenlawn Ave. They meet the first Thursday of the month from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. The contact number is either 641-4055 or 377-8699....Linda
