Keep going Kim. They are trying to discourage you so you will just give up. Don't do that! You may become battle weary, but if you don't fight you will never get approved. You can do this. Hang in there. God bless you, Annette

Kim, Annette is right on! They want you to quit and give up. It took me 22 months of documentation, monthly visits with my PCP and many letters. I was finally approved. It was just a matter of continuing on. It will work for you. Ring as many bells as it takes! HAP Take that! Good Luck, Mary

Well shoot. How discouraging. I wish I had some sound advice, but all I can say is keep appealing. Im still in the boat with you, but I haven't appealed yet cuz Im still waiting for all my medical records.

There is a saying that Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. Well, meet the scorned woman. I was denied twice, then approved IF I passed a psych eval, FAILED that, then finally had to appeal to the state! It will work for you! Take a deep breath, get your thoughts together and go from there.
