O.T. Hey Everyone! I didn't fall off the face of the earth!!!

Wow it feels like It has been forever sense I have been on. It's only been a few weeks but it seems like forever. My life has gotten so crazy! For those of you that don't already know I am a Massage Therapist, and my business is growing by leaps and bounds!!! It still amazes me! I am working 6days a week and it is kicking my butt! But I am not complaining I just need to choose to slow it down a little. The money is great but at what cost??? When I am home I don't even want to move out of my recliner! My job is sooo physical. Anyway I really miss everyone. I was looking back at some of the old posts and I want to say that Jon spoke volumes about what life is like after a couple of years out. If you are a newbie, my advice is to not just fix your stomach, also work on the emotional part of your weight issues. Like he said the pouch does most of the work in the beginning but, The futher out you are the more it is up to you!!! Scary HUH? It is just a tool and we need to know how to work it to our advantage. Oh to be a newbie again!!!...LOL don't get me wrong I wouldn't change where I am at for the world, 2yrs ago I would have never been able to tackle the work schedule I do. I know this surgery saved my life and I will be forever grateful to my family, my surgeon and my OH family and last but not at all least my wonderful support group. I love you all. I am going to try to spend more time on board. I have missed you all very much. I think about you everyday. God Bless and take care......Toni
