Today's Questions: 1) What was the last thing you thought of before you went to sleep last night? 2) What was the first thing you thought of when you woke up this morning? 3) Since losing your weight, have you gone to have any "Glamour Shot" type photos? 4) How much research did you do before deciding to have WLS? 5) Did the team you were rooting for win the Super Bowl? My Answers: 1) I was wondering how much snow we would end up getting overnight. 2) I thought about all the work I had ahead of me for the day. 3) Nope haven't had any professional pic done, let alone a Glamour Shot. Have been waiting til I get to goal which I am almost at---3 more pounds to go til I hit the doctor's goal. 4) I first considered WLS about 7 years ago but did not have a lot of family support. So I shelved the idea. Then about 3 years ago, I decided I was going to do it no matter what! So I decided to research it. I poured through books, web sites and doctor's info trying to get information. My pcp provided me with a lot of info and it took about 8 months to get my approval and then I waited for my date to arrive! 5) But of course, my team won the Super Bowl. I have been a Steelers fan since I was a very young girl and I have always stuck beside them. I am so happy that they won!

I WAS HOPING HUBBY WOULDN'T COME DOWN WITHT HE STOMACH FLU...HE WAS FEELING QUEASY WHEN I WENT TO BED. 2) What was the first thing you thought of when you woke up this morning? I ASKED HIM HOW HE WAS FEELING...HE SAID OK, BETTER THAN LAST NIGHT. 3) Since losing your weight, have you gone to have any "Glamour Shot" type photos? NOT GLAMOUR SHOTS, BUT WE HAD A NEW FAMILY PIC DONE...IT'S ON MY PROFILE. 4) How much research did you do before deciding to have WLS? I HAD DONE ALOT, BUT ONCE I REALLY DECIDED TO DO IT, I WAS ABSORBED WITH IT...EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY! I POURED OVER THE BEFORE/AFTER PHOTOS ON HERE ALSO, AND THOUGHT, "COULD I REALLY LOOK LIKE THAT?" 5) Did the team you were rooting for win the Super Bowl? I WAS ROOTING FOR THE STEELERS FOR NO PARTICULAR REASON...MAYBE CUZ THEY ARE CLOSER TO MI THAN THE OTHER. (OBVIOUSLY I DON'T FOLLOW FOOTBALL ON A REGULAR BASIS, BUT I LOVE TO WATCH THE SUPERBOWL, FROM THE PRE-GAME ENTERTAINMENT, NATIONAL ANTHEM, ALL THE COMMERCIALS, HALFTIME, TO THE END!)

Reminded myself to take my hubby's pants out of the dryer. 2) What was the first thing you thought of when you woke up this morning? Take hubby's pants out of the dryer! 3) Since losing your weight, have you gone to have any "Glamour Shot" type photos? No...but might be fun. 4) How much research did you do before deciding to have WLS? Thought about looking into it a year before I did, but didn't actually research it. I probably started researching it in March of 05. I had surgery in August of 05. 5) Did the team you were rooting for win the Super Bowl? Super Bowl? Is that like a sports thing? LOL!!! We didn'****ch the super bowl. Not a sports fan. Really couldn't care less about who played or even who won. Don't even watch the commercials.

1.The last thing I was thinking when I went to sleep last night was "when is this kid going to shut her eyes and go to sleep?" my littlest one is a night owl.... I don't know how she does it!!!! I went to bed and left her up with her dad. lol!! 2. The first thing that went through my head this morning was..... ahhhhh I have the day off! and then reality set in to all the things I need to get done!!! lol!! 3. No pictures of just me..... just before Christmas I had a picture taken of my kids and I at Olan Mills.... first time ever! that was a trip in itself! 4. I didn't do any research.... a friend had it done and I saw how wonderful she looked! I found out we had the same insurance which covered everything..... the next day I called and got an appointment!! I didn't even know about this website until weeks after my surgery. 5. At our house we were rooting for the Steelers...... woo hoo!!!!

1: That we finally get to ride our snowmobiles tomorrow! 2: I don't want to get up!!!! and then, YEAH!!! we get to ride today!!! 3: No, only when I was heavy! Hey Theresa, good idea for Mike 4: I researched it alot on the web. Talked to alot of people on here and did alot of talking to hubby because he only heard the BAD stuff! 5: NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I always vote for the underdog! What can I say, I have a BIG heart!

1. It was 2am so I was thinking about how much I was going to hate to get up. 2.Taking the horrible Prev Pack 3.N/A pre -op 4.I started researching about 5 years ago, online, books talking with others and I worked briefly on a Bariatric Unit. It really took me a LONG time to decide and I'm finally ready! I've mead me decision and I tell my husband and family "THAT IS MY FINAL ANSWER!" 5.I guess the Steelers I'm not a fan just went with the majority of my family! 1. How tired I was since I was going on only five hours of sleep from the night before and when the pain medication would kick in to take away the nasty abdominal pain. 2. I was thinking it would be nice to just stay in bed all day because it is nice and warm. Plus all the work I need to get done in the next two weeks since I am moving to Traverse city in two weeks. 3. I have a friend who husband takes pictures and that it is time for new ones since it will be two years in April and I am loosing weigt again on a steady basis. 4. I chicken out the first time and then it took me two more years until I was ready to make the commitment and make a life style change. I went against my family and friends but it was for the best because I feel better about myself and feel better even with the complications. 5. Steelers all the way. I have always taken the steelers as my AFC team because they play good football and deserved to win the superbowl.

1. I can't believe I have to go to work tomorrow. 2. I can't believe I have to go to work today. 3. I do porn now so do videos count? 4. Almost 9 months of it. 2 spead sheets, 33 doctors, 6 hospitals. I'm obsessive. 5. I blacked out while Aretha Franklin was killing the National Anthem and when I woke up it was over. kp @ goal
