Pop?
You obviously assumed something about the reply through reading on a CRT. The screen is void of inflection. I believe there is a good purpose to what she stated therefor her post was to try and help.
I believe, and this is and assumption, that most carbonated soft drinks contain caffine.

not all soda is bad. i can't find any solid evidence to suggest that it is, that it's a bad habit, that it's an addiction or that it's equal to heroin or not exercising. Opinions don't have to equal judging and stating opinion as fact.
now if you'll excuse me i'm about to have a meal of heroin, soda, and meat tenderizer.
Jess,
I do drink pop. I find that it help calm down some of the gassy feelings, especially Diet Vernors. It is a decision you have to make for yourself if it works for you. I am sure it doesn't work well for some people, but it most certainly will not make your pouch explode. It might make them feel like it, but liquids pass through pretty quickly so it is probably the carbonation that feels bad to them.
I am sorry you were bombarded with judgement and criticism. There are a few self-proclaimed judges on the board who get carried away in their own perfection. Most of us are not as lucky as them, but do the best we can, even when we make a bad choice. We try to learn from the mistakes and do better the next day.
Best wishes, Cheryl
