Not Getting Enough Calories
Against my better judgement I am going to punctuate what was already said by a few vets.
You are starving yourself.
We only keep about 70% of what we eat both in vitamins and cals. And you are flushing some of that way with excess water. So I guess you are getting about 400 cals if your numbers are accurate.
I suggest changing your thinking or you will have more hospital stays in your future or worse. Your system won't take much more.

Yes, You have used much better judgement in the past. Thanks for the "support"!!
Perhaps you should change your thinking!!! Not everyone who has problems after wls does it to themselves. I've NOT cheated. I've followed the rules given to me. I've followed doctors orders to the T.
You've had a non-complicated journey (and that's great) but it's left you NOT sensitive to other wls people who haven't had an easy time.
I fought like heck to get this surgery, and I've followed the CORI handbook - and I still have complications, but they are not self enduced, they're just complications!! I didn't create this hernia the size of a cantelope and I didn't create this ulcer. I can't physically put more in my mouth without puking it back up.... so do I force it and puke or do I only eat until I'm full (per the handbook)???
I would wish complications on anyone, but if you had had some, then I think you would see things in a whole new light!!!!

Sorry to be rude, but why attack Kevin? He's only re-iterating what everyone else *****plied to your post has said. We can't tell you how to eat more, as everyone's experience is different. You asked what people thought and for hints and that's what you got. I hope things improve soon for you as I think everyone here is genuinely concerned for "one of our own". I wish I could tell you how to solve this problem, but I can't. I agree with what others have said about you needing to eat more food. But it's only a suggestion and you have to do what you know is best for you. Honestly, I do hope things improve for you and very soon. Tina
