Excited

Well I had my appt with internist yesterday and it went well. He said I was good to go, they just want some current lab work done then they will be setting up surgery. I am excited. They said it could take 3-4 weeks for the result though which is kind of a bummer. I am having 2 hand surgeries this month so I guess I shouldn't be in a hurry for another go around with the knife. Plus I still have to kick the smoking habit, I sneak one here or there but I need to be nicotine free and my docs do test for it. Anyone know how long nicotine stays in system?

Alan, I share in your excitement in having WLS. Soon you will be on the losing side and feeling better. I don't have an answer about the nicotine. Anyway, well wishes are being sent your way. Normie
