From BMI of 46 to a 30

I am so thrilled was at the Dr.'s yesterday and in almost 11 months have gone from morbidly obese to over weight. They laughed at my reaction when "I JUMPED FOR JOY!!!!"

I have lost 94 pounds so far. I feel so good and am so glad that my hubby supported my decision to do this. From a size 26 to a 14. How happy I am. Also thanks for all the wonderful people here on OH. I thank God for the psych Dr. Williams for telling me about OH. Don't know what I would have done without all the answered questions (some were never asked because they were answered here).

Brenda, you are doing so good on your journey. Looks like that 100 pound loss by your anniversary is going to happen. The support on this Michigan board is great and that is how I got through my first year. Keep up the good work. Take care Janice
