Another request. Please post your daily fat intake.
Im supposed to get between 30-50 per day, with 12 maximum per meal... I really don't pay to close attention to this yet since the only things I can keep down without dumping is Spaghettios and Pretzels... but when I get to add more food well when my body lets me I will try to stay close to this number... Don.'t know if this helps or not...

Sheryl, Think 40-30-30. 40% of your daily calories should come from protein, 30% from Carbs, and 30% from fats. Because of our WLS, our protein intake should be a little higher, but the rest is standard. Again, each surgeon has their own rules. The above is just a basic guide to follow. Hope that helps. Carol
My nutritionist, from Barix Clinics, has me on 45-60 grams a day with no more than 17 per meal. Fat, sugar (no more than 6 g. per serving), and protein (90 g.) are the only things I count. I don't count Carbs but try to keep them down as much as possible. They seem to fill me up too much and am not able to get my protein in when I have too many carbs.
Thanks everyone! My carb question earlier was for someone else (even though it helped me a bunch) but this one was for me. Ever since my gallbladder surgery 20+ years ago, I learned to keep it under 40. I typically average in the 30's but wanted to make sure as a WL patient this wasn't too high of a number.
Thanks again, you are all great!
Sheryl
