More prayers please - Grievance review

Okay.. in an odd turn of events, I call the HAP nurse today to let her know I was going to move forward with the formal grievance on my denial and she said to give them 15 days. I asked if I would received information within that time on how to file the grievance and she said, "Oh, no, that would be for the decision." She went over my packet with me and said everything looked good and that she could use my original letter sent to them as the formal grievance letter..she said it looked great and she would get the information over to one of the directors to review". So, who knows. I guess if this gets denied again I will have to send in more information and a stronger worded letter..but maybe God will perform a miracle...which is what I've been praying for and what is needed when dealing with HAP. Kim, didn't your denial letter state the reason you were denied, how long from the date of the letter you had to file, and that you needed to submit your grievance in writing with the address on where to send it? Thats basically what mine said. It said, you were denied ............................... if you are dissatisfied with this decision, you may appeal by writing a formal grievance (or something to that effect) within 2 years of the date of this letter (jan 20, 2008)....................................... Send letter to....................... blah blah blah but that was the basic set up of my denial letter. Im also going to submit pictures with my letter so that they can see just how FAT I am, in case there is any doubt. Ive heard submitting photos can work in your favor.
