CORI rep called me on a SUNDAY...Now thats SERVICE!!!

My CORI rep Amy called me at home today on a Sunday to ask me if I was "Detroit Diva"???? No one can say CORI is sleeping on the job Ok I was somewhat surprised. Anyhow she had read my last post about my job and the problems to get time off for WLS. She had a great idea to get the time off, and she gave me other pointers, she was very supportive. I was impressed and were gonna TRY her idea. This board and all of you guys have been GREAT too. Thanks Again. DIVA

I was working with cori and I loved amy from the get go! Its too bad I dont like the company CORI and how long they take to do anything and some of their policies. I was very sad when I had to tell Amy I choose Liv Lite but it was the best decision I ever made and Amy was so understanding and helpful with my transition. She is a great WLS coordinator and person!!! I am so glad she found some ways for you to get around the glitches with your!!!! Amy is great! When I had to switch surgeons 2 days before surgery, she went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. She is a huge asset to the company. Hope everything works out for you.

Diva, Amy is my Rep too. She has been just wonderful in helping me. I'm so glad that you have Amy helping you through this time of waiting and the frustrations with your employer. Amy is a sharp cookie and I'm believing that the idea's she gave you are gonna work. Hang in there. Normie

My C.O.R.I. rep called me Sunday and told me I better have the vacuming done and the house straightened out before she gets home or I'm out the door. It works both ways I guess. kp @ goal

It's the same. My wife started working for C.O.R.I. after I had my surgery. She was amazed at the way it helped people so she jumped onboard. She's not realy my rep although she is the taskmaster. kp @ goal
