Thanks - I truly feel so much better. Looking foward to being able to get around more - I know the ladies at work will make me go walking every day I'm in this office so my calorie burn should go up quite a bit. Also, going to get more protein in the system. I know I haven't been diligent about making my totals because my tastes changed after surgery and stuff I liked before I can't get down now.
