HAP HMO change in requirements- help!

HAP has recently changed their diet requirements- you can no longer us WW as proof- they are telling me i have to be in either Beaumont or HF.. for one year!!! I have sent for an appeal package- does anyone out there have actual letters that they have used that ended up being approved? I am so upset by this- having your heart set on something and then having it all change... i have my psy eval on this coming monday and now i dont' know what to do... help
