Hello family! I was just checking my BMI on here and it said i was a 27.5 Holy cow...I am bound and determined to that scale...I will not settle for less than what I am worth...I may be down for the time being...but i am not out... I have lost 146 lbs so far and it has only been 9 months...Good greif who ever thought it would be like this...I talked to my bariatric center and she pulled some numbers and said i lost 82% of my excess weight already..something she said should take 18 months...I dont know how true that is...but hey i am gonna run with it... I am just sharing my joy...can you feel the love...cause I sure can.. Rae

Rae: You've done an amazing job at losing the weight. You should be totally proud of yourself. 146 lbs. and still losing! It's truly at triumph! I am one day behind you in surgery and I am down between 105 and 111 lbs. I don't want to lose anymore, so I have to keep up the calories. Actually lost 6 lbs. on vacation and my shorts I just got were getting baggy! It is a blessing to have this surgery and I am glad you are doing so GREAT! Love, Pam
