Need Internist w/ Bariatric Experience

I'm looking for an internist who sees alot of bariatric patients (not a surgeon). I perfer Macomb County, but will consider east Oakland County.

Rhonda, My Internist is GREAT, he doesn't have experience in bariatrics, but he was very supportive of me getting surgery. When I had told him about my surgeon wanting me to get a filter before surgery he researched it and contacted a colleague (Dr. Krause who does WLS at Beaumont) and asked questions about it. I have complete faith in him, if he doesn't know about issues you may have he will research it or refer you to someone who will. He has a great bedside manner and takes the time to get to know his patients.
