1. don't know where to shop, but I'd LOVE to dress up. I have NEVER EVER dressed up and went to a ball before. 2. I'm walking, today I'm dropping the kids off to school and then going up to the Rec Center to walk. 3. currently it's cottage cheese and applesauce 4. I'm Sooooooooo ready for spring!!!! I'm NOT a winter person at all. 5. Yup, I have. I send some out almost daily!! You all were there for me when I needed it, so it's the least I can do for others now!! Hugs, Laurie

1. Where would you shop for a gown/ suit for the ball if you were going to it?? I think the last "gown" I had was my wedding gown in 1979! Maybe I'd go to Penney's??? 2. What exercise are you currently doing? I go to Curves. 3. What's your favorite protein snack? I love cheese...any kind!! Right now I'm eating a string cheese! 4. Are you ready for spring or do you like winter? I'm ready for SPRING, but the snow is pretty, I have to admit. 5. Have you sent encouragement to someone this week? Mmm...just my usual posts. Everyone deserves support on this site...we've all been there!

1. I would probably shop at a speciality store since it was so hard when I got married to find something. I would love to go in and just try on a bunch of dresses I could never wear before. 2. I do a lot of walking. I do it daily with my students at school. 3. I like Luni or Luna peanut butter bars. Low Sugar and awesome tasting. 4. I wish if this was winter we had snow. I am not ready for spring yet because I am getting ready to move. I need to get that together so I can plant my flowers. 5. I have not. Just my normal posts.

1. Would shop at Marshall Fields for a gown fo rhte ball if I were going to it. 2. I have been walking but not quite enough as I haven't been feeling the best. 3. Q-Smart cranberry almond bars 4. Hmmmmmm Not sure about that....I am having a hard enough time shopping for jeans and finding my new sizes....lol But I bet I would have fun trying! 2. What exercise are you currently doing? I go to the gym 3 times a week and on my off days I do Tae Bo in my living room or go for a walk 3. What's your favorite protein snack? Thanks to Kevin Phillips it is Pure Prtoein bar the chewy chocolate chip! It is like a mix of a mars bar and chocolate chip cookie 4. Are you ready for spring or do you like winter? 1. Where would you shop for a gown/ suit for the ball if you were going to it?? Patti's in Quincy, Michigan, small town but a beautiful place to shop for formals. 2. What exercise are you currently doing? I walk 4 or 5 times a week for 1 hour. 3. What's your favorite protein snack? Right now it is protein shakes, No sugar added Carnation Instant Breakfast with a scoop of Any Whey Protein Powder and milk. I like to make this ahead and put in freezer and freeze just until slushy very very good. 4. Are you ready for spring or do you like winter? I like to enjoy each season. 5. Have you sent encouragement to someone this week? Yes

1. I would shop for a gown maybe at Marshall Fields or Jcpenneys. 2. Exercise I have been doing alot of walking on the treadmill when I am not hurting 3. I eat alot of eggs and cheese and Yogurt 4. Spring all the way 5. Yes I have and I appreciate all the encouragment when I was not feeling well and struggling with my complications.

Hi Everyone 1. There is a shop in the great lakes mall that has all kinds of formal gowns in the window....as soon as i get my arms and tummy tuck done, i'm there!!! 2. I have my breezeway set up for exercise. I start with my treadmill for 30 minutes....then i do my stair stepper, i then do my weight machine, and i just got my ab lounger a few weeks ago and i love that the most. It not only works the abs, but it stretches the muscles in the back (which has been killing me from all the skin hanging) . At least one or two times a week i take my kids to great lakes mall and we do about five rounds . I'm missing summer and playing tennis and swimming, so i'm thinking of joining the YMCA . 3. My favorite has always been cottage cheese. 4. I was ready for spring before winter even got here! 5. Yes i have, and try my best to do it daily. Hugs Linda
