Help- I am so frustrated. I know that as crappy as I feel that i shouldn't really worry about anymore weight loss. My original surgery was in August 2004. I have lost 135 pounds. Recently I gained 7 pounds over the last 2 months. I know that I haven't been eating well but I have been eating what I can tolerate. I emailed the dietician at MMPC and she sent me a food list but I am having a terrible time getting my protien in. I try and try but with nausea running my life it is hard to get my protien and water in. I find that if i drink my water it makes me want to puke instantly. I am just hoping that Cleveland Clinic has an idea how to help me. If they say that a reversal is the way to go that scares me to death. I know that me eating habits are terrible and I am afraid that my weight loss will go to hell. If any of you have been through a similar situation please let me know what to do. Thank you in advance. Hugs- Char

I know this sounds "weird" but try drinking your water warmer, add something to it if you can't just drink warm water. This should help getting your water intake in. Right now worry about keeping yourself hydrated. Then if this works, try adding protein. Try drinking something warm before eating also. Just my two cents worth!
