HELLO EVERYONE, I HAVEN'T POSTED FOR A WHILE. I SEEM TO HAVE LOST ALL INTEREST IN EATING PROPERLY, EXCERCISING, KEEPING MY DR. APPOINTMENTS, ETC. I AM WORKING ON GETTING BACK ON TRACK BUT IT IS A "SLOW GO." I HAVE LOST TO DATE 88 LBS. BUT HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO YET. ANYONE ELSE EVER BEEN WHERE I AM? ANY HELP OR SUGGESTIONS, OR KICKS IN THE BUTT TO HELP ME GET MYSELF BACK ON THE "LOSERS ROAD" WOULD BE APPRECIATED! LOVE, PAM

Is this where you want to be? The "honeymoon period" is VERY REAL. You truly have about 18 months to take advantage of the your surgery. After that time, it becomes extremely difficult for most people to lose anymore without extreme dieting/exercise. Many of us even gain! So, get back to basics NOW while you still have the surgery working for you! Good Luck! Cheryl Bigelow

My first suggestion... Support groups. GO! And, make appointments, talk to your doctors about this feeling. They will help you. Also, think about counseling. Often, these feelings are things that will come back. Doing your best means dealing with mind and body! K
