Restaurant card

Hello: You used to be able to print a restaurant card off this site but I can't seem to find one. If anyone has a link they would like to share I would appreciate it. Thanks Debbie Brown (-122 and holding but not done yet!)

The Obesity Help Store has them for I think $5.00. I have one from the hospital where I had my procedure. If you want a copy...please let me know and I will mail it. It's from a Beaumont Hospital in Michigan Good luck... Robin [email protected]
