I use Solgar Multi II vegetable capsules, Multivitamin and Chelated Mineral Formulation (sugar, salt and starch free) capsules. Btrown bottle with gold label. I also use sublingual B12. My labs are good. These go down easily, and have the cheleated minerals that we also need. Cheryl Bigelow

Where do you buy these? And at what point is it safe to begin taking capsules? I'm one month out, still taking chewables. Thanks, Beth (P.S. to the original poster: Vitamin Shoppe in Roseville - Masonic & Gratiot - carries the Country Life brand.)

These capsules are fairly small. If you are having no difficulty swallowing water, these will probably go down easily. Solgar is a brand sold in many different health food stores. To my knowledge, they are not at places like Walmart and Walgreens. Cheryl Bigelow

I use Adult Chewable Multivitamin by Country Life and they work really well. They taste like baby asprins, but I got use to it.
