New today! Hello All!

HI ALL! Today is my first post. I have read so many of your profiles (where you update your status) and they have encouraged me so much! I appreciate all of you! The support and comfort this site brings is awesome!! I would like to start putting updates on my own profile. What is the process to do that? I didn't see it on "my profile". Any info. or help would be great! Looking forward to getting to know you!

Hi Kristin, Good morning and welcome to the Michigan board. To journal in your profile click on "My Profile"(in the yellow bar at the top of the page. Then type in your user name, and your password in the appropriate space. that will log you into your profile. Scroll down to "General information", and click on it. That opens your profile so you can update it. Scroll down to "Comments". Write untill your hearts content, about whatever you want to. Hope this helps. How far are you into your journey? Hi Kristin! I am glad to see that you finally posted!! I have been looking for you to post. I am so excited that you have. If you need any help filling anything out, just let me know and I can guide you thru it. You have no idea how excited I am for you that you have decided to take the journey along with me! Kristan, I love the help and encouragement that I find here too. Everyone has been awesome. In answer to your question about updating your profile. At the top of the page, where it lists, from left to right, you'll see My Profile, Q & A, Forums, Interests etc... Well, click onto My Profile and you will go to your Personal Account Center and under General Information, thats where I post my updates. General Info (Update your profile here) Return here to let us know if your surgery status changes (i.e., you get a surgery date). This is also the place to update your personal profile and to indicate and weight changes you have. After making the changes with your updates, scroll to the bottom of that same page and click onto Save Changes. Wa-Lah, you're done. I hope this helps you. Hugs, Normie
