approval from greatlakes ins.

next month i will submit my paperwork to greatlakes for approval. if anyone has had wls. through greatlakes ins. how long did it take before you heard anything?

Hi Lula, I don't have Greatlakes, but you can call them and ask how long it takes for them to reach a decision. All insurance co. have a certain amount of time to approve/ deny a claim. They have to tell you if you ask. Hope this helps. God bless you, Annette

hi i have greatlakes insurance..i just had my surgery dec 27 05 it took me 8 months and 4 denials for the surgery.. you just have to have a good pcp and all your documents and dont give up..
