I am looking for some different ideas of Full Liquids. I have tried the smoothie's and had 2 and that is enough!! Done Broccoli and Cheese Soup. Had Twice that was Enough!! Cream of Wheat done that. Carnation Instant Breakfast was this morning and I felt sick the whole time I was drinking it and for a while after that. My dad had this done in May 2005 and said "you gotta experiment with full liquids." But like what? Can anyone help me with this, I am looking for some different ideas. Thanks!! Heather

Don't know if you like pea soup, but the Campbell's condensed "Green Pea" soup is really good...I love it! It doesn't have bacon or any little pieces of anything in it...just soup. Lots of protein too. Otherwise, I was eating cream of wheat too, etc.. Hope this helps! Theresa

Have you tried Unjury? You can do this while making sure you are getting your adequate protein. They offer chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and unflavored. I use the chocolate as a shake, pudding, in my coffee. YUMMMM!! I think of it as my twist to starbucks! hahaha You can also add the unflavored to crystal light or tang or any other drink you enjoy. I hope this helps you. Good luck on your journey and I look forward to experiencing it with you. Kristi Providenti
