Destressing

Ok, so maybe it isn't a word but I need some methods. My job is insane right now and I've cried at my desk every day for the last 2 weeks (which isn't me at all because I am known as a hard ass at work). For those of you who know anything about the Medicare Prescription Drug coverage, I am project manager for the entire launch of this product for my company. So, if you read the news, you know some of my frustration. Anywho, I use to turn to food. Now I am developing other bad habits for comfort. Anyone have health de-stressing ideas. Skip the bath idea, I am too ADD for that. Thanks and I am so glad to be back! ~Van

Exercise is great and you already know that. But, I tend to lean towards working out on a bag with boxing gloves. I used to take a guided class, but you could certainly do it on your own if you knew of any place you could go that had bag*****hing and kicking that thing does something to your brain. It is the best I swear. Call me.

Van!!! So glad to see you! I have had the same problem and well excercise is not a thing I like to do since I hate to be sweaty! I found putting things together took my mind off of my stress. A couple of weekends ago I put together the stand for my humidifier, a floor standing cabinet for my bathroom and a Shoe cubby for my entrance way. It helps put your mind on the task rather than think about your stress. Are you coming back to MI any time soon? Would love to get together with you and everyone again. Cary
