I'm a pest! Another question re: Vitamins...
I've seen some people on here who take the specialized bariatric chewables (can't stand any that I tried so far) and some who take children's chewables. My doctors say the children's aren't good, but others have had great success with them.
Just looking for some opinions at this point.
I started out with Vista Vitamins, couldn't stand those humongous "wafers" 5 times a day! Too chalky for me. I currently have Country Life, 2 "wafers" a day. They're ok, but I can barely get half of it down and I want to drink a jug of water. Today I bought some Flintstone chewables, figuring it's better than nothing, and certainly better than not even taking the whole amount of the Country Life.
Any input is greatly appreciated (yet again....!!)
