hey all, long time no talk

hey teresa,jen,sandy and all my other OH friends, i know it has been forever since i wrote but i have been going through alot of stuff. if you want to know more please feel free to email me for more in depth details, but to make a long story short i have moved back to michigan and even though i have lost a total of 50lbs in a year and a half on my own,due to stress i am sure. i think i am starting to gain it back as stress works both ways i am learning. anyhow i am still working on getting my 12mos worth of dieting and stuff to be able to get my surgery, i have not given up completely but i have had to put it on a back burner. anyhow like i said i would love to hear from all of you again soon, as i have missed you. my yahoo messenger is katarina49799 if any of you would like to talk. please feel free. hugs and luvs, Joyce

Hi Joyce! Nice to see your smiling face on the Board again! I was just wondering about you the other day! Congrats on the 50 lb weight loss, on your own at that! What a feat! hey theresa, i am so glad to hear from you. i have sent you a email i hope you get it. i will start my journey brand new within the next month or so. in the meantime i will continue to try to quit smoking and cut back on the caffiene again. i did it once i am sure i can do it again. anyhow i hope to talk to you and everyone else again very soon. hugs and luvs, Joyce ps: everyone is looking just wonderful.
