Centennial Celebration January 9th at CCWL
On Monday, January 9, 2006, The Center for Comprehensive Weight Loss at St. John Oakland Hospital in Madison Heights will celebrate its 100th surgical weight loss procedure by hosting a Centennial Celebration.
The Center is pleased to welcome the World's First Bariatric Chef and author of Culinary Classics: Essential Cooking for the Gastric Bypass Patient, Chef Dave Fouts to be part of the festivities. Chef Dave will be demonstrating healthy cooking techniques and preparing bariatric-friendly food samples. He will also be speaking on the importance of proper nutrition after bariatric surgery.
For those interested in learning more about bariatric surgery, the Center for Comprehensive Weight Loss will be hosting a free informational meeting on Monday, January 9th, at 6pm at the St. John Oakland Education Center.

Sadley I can not attend this wonderful celebration,,,,, however I am eagerly trying to get a copy of Chef Fouts' book. I ordered it on Amazon in September but they have NEVER gotten a copy of it for me. Do you know if Chef Fouts will have his book available for sale? And if yes is there anyway on this green Earth I can BUY a copy ??
