KP/ or anyone.... I need your advice on weightloss?
I havn't posted in a long time... but I have been lurking.....
I know I shouldn't be complaining about this.... but I am losing "too much" weight!!! I know.... it is hard to believe!!! lol!!! But...... I am starting to see bones in places that look unhealthy!!! "it's gross" I am down around 120lbs., I have dropped another clothes size.... I am now in 3/4...... and I have passed what Dr. Wood thought should be my goal weight.
I have talked to Rachel at CORI... I haved up my calories and carbs, I am watching my protein...... I feel like I am stuffing my face all the time and I cannot stop losing weight..... any suggestions?
Nikki, I also had that problem. I am 5'8" and was down to a 4 and I did not look good. So I am eatting 6-8 times a day. I eat alot of protein but I also eat carbs. I know they tell you not but you have to up your carbs. Watch your scale for the first week of this and see what happens. I am now up to a size 6 and feel ALOT better but if I don't eat 6-8 times a day, I can drop 3-5 pounds in one day! I don't think the surgeons put much thought into a few of us who can't stop losing. I know it seems strange and alot of people think we are crazy but it does happen.
