How do I get a century club card?

Im now down 103# and was wondering how to get a card. Thank You Claudia

Congrats!!!! what you have to do is email oh.com OH Member Services [[email protected]] and in the subject matter put CENTURY CARD. provide to them your name, ID number on your profile, user name, and password so they can place it on your profile. How do they determine if you are eligible for the century club or not? Is it your weight you record when you first join or what??

When I began my journey pre op date June 24, 2005 I was at 239. However, my first visit to my pcp in August of 2003 indicated my weight was 310. She chose to have me use that as my starting weight because it was then we went in depth to get WLS possible. I believe that you can become a century card member simply by having lost 100 pounds. I don't think there is certain criteria but simply email the oh.com staff and ask them! I know they are happy to answer your question Stacey W
