5 Questions for a Rainy Day
1. What's your favorite thing to do on a rainy day?
I love curling up with a blanket in my favorite spot on the couch, a good cup of coffee, fire going in the fireplace and a good book!!
2. What are your plans for Mother's Day?
My son and his girlfriend are coming over...my girls won't be able to make it though. Ordering pizza and salad so I don't have to cook.
3. What make/model car do you drive? How old is it? And how many miles are on it?
I lease a 2005 Grand Prix, only about 30,000 miles.
4. What's a good snack idea this week?
Cheese is my staple too...some low fat wheat thins too.
5. What did you do (or planning on doing) for your one year surgerversary???
Mine is long gone....I'm about 2 1/2 years out now. Pictures is a good idea though for your first aniversary!
1. What's your favorite thing to do on a rainy day?
My first choice would be to scrapbook.... but if the kids are around we usually cozy and watch a movie or read books!
2. What are your plans for Mother's Day? We spent the weekend upnorth and on our way home we stopped in Bay City to see my grandma. My parents, my sister, my Grandma and my whole family all went out to dinner.... it was very nice!
3. What make/model car do you drive? How old is it? And how many miles are on it?
I am with you Laurie.....we subscribe to the no car payment theory! Unfortunately I have a car payment on my vehicle... I drive a 2001 Ford Explorer with 83 k, but my husbands car has been paid for..... and he drives a 1996 Ford Escort with 100+ k miles on it!
4. What's a good snack idea this week? try peeling a couple oranges and slicing them up in a bowl with a lid.... I add a teaspoon or two of Splendia, put the lid on and shake the heck out of them, and then put the bowl in the fridge for an hour or two.
When you are ready to eat it, pull it out of the fridge and slice a banana or two in it, stir and enjoy!!! My kids love this so much and it is becoming a staple every Sunday morning!!!
5. What did you do (or planning on doing) for your one year surgerversary??? Mine already passed..... April 21st! I didn't do anything....but I was surprised my mom remembered and called me to tell me how glad she was that I did it and how great I looked!!! awwwww..... gotta love that mom!!!
