I am making the recipe Alita posted a couple of days ago. She said mix 1 box of SF vanilla pudding, I tub of SF cool whip and 1 can crushed pineapples. I have two questions: 1) Do you make the pudding first and then mix the remaining ingredients or do you mix the contents from the pudding into the cool whip and pineapples? 2) I am assuming you use the larger size can of pineapple...correct? Thanks in advance! Mel

Hi Mel, It's the 16.something sized can of crushed pineapple in natural juice, You mix the pineapple with the s.f. pudding then fold in the cool whip (I use cool whip free). Then spread that between the layers of S.F. angel food cake. This is a very good desert. I found the recipe on a bowl of cool whip free. Although it's really good, I have to put out a caution here the s.f. angel food cake made me dump. God bless you, Annette

Okay... gotcha on the can size but I am still unclear Annette do you just mix the powdered pudding into the cool whip or do you actually MAKE the pudding??

Just the puding powder. The liquid from the pineapples, and the cool whip replace the milk. God bless you, Annette
