OT: Flowers - Mt. Pleasant/Clare area ~ Talsma's

I received an email asking to post directions to Talsma's. I get my huge wave petunia baskets there every year. They are three for $25.00. They have (if you are lucky to get there while they have some) Boston Ferns three for $30.00. Flats are $8.50. Just a few examples of their prices. Sorry if this is the 'long way around' for you, but I don't know that many roads around here! From Mt. Pleasant - Go past Meijers, like you are getting onto 27 going towards Clare. Take the turn off to the left on the curve. I believe this is Mission Road. Continue until you see Coleman Road (on right). Just past Coleman Road is W. Stevenson Lake Road. It only goes left. Turn onto W. Stevenson Lake Road. Continue until stop sign (cemetary on left). Turn left. This is Vandecar. From Clare and North of Clare - From 27 take 10 towards Ludington. Take first exit (Old State Road) and turn left at end of ramp. Continue through two stop signs (second will be in Farwell). Continue on this road and it will turn into Vandecar. VANDECAR - Follow until you reach the stop sign. The road beyond the stop sign will turn into gravel. Turn right. Continue until you see the sign for Littlefield Lake Boat Launch. Road to boat launch is on right - you turn left - this is a dirt road. Follow road until the end and Talsma's is on your left. Michelle
