UPPER PENINSULA ANYONE ???

LOOKING FOR OTHERS FROM THE U.P. would like to hear about your support groups and possibly plan a summer gathering...

Hi Cathy, I'm in Escanaba too. There is a support group the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 at Bay College (at least for June but it will be changing after that). It's in Room 963 of the Joseph Heirmann University Center (off Danforth Road). If you have any other questions shoot me an email! Theresa

Hi Theresa.... I go to those meeetings normally. I believe I have met you there at one time. I go usually with Sue Seymour. anyway we were discusing last week about getting speakers in etc., there is alady form Mqt. that opffered to speal last year and I cant reach her again. but if anyone has any other ideas for things to do to keep the meetings interesting please let me know. all ideas are welcome.... also we have alot of new people Theresa, some preop even.

Hi Kathy, Yeah, my life has been waaay crazy lately and that's why I haven't made it in a while. I'm assuming you know that Loretta is heading the meetings now, right? Give her the name of the lady you're talking about and I'm sure she'll see about getting her. I apologize if I'm speaking out of turn, it's possible you guys have already talked about this and I'm so out of the loop that I don't know. I'll have to try and get to a meeting soon. I can't next month though because one of my closest friends is having a mass removed from her brain stem on June 6 and obviously I need to be there for her. Anyway...keep in touch and hopefully we'll run into one another soon. Theresa
