Hello All,
Me and my husband is considering me having a revision surgery in Mexico, since my job does not have this as a covered expense ( I have exhausted all of my appeals). Has anyone went to Mexico? Good experiences? Bad experiences? I am revising from Sleeve to Bypass. I see that this forum tends to be inactive, but I could really use some help in our research. Please be as expressive and detailed as possible!!!!!

I just had RNY at Angeles 13Sept2019. It went great. I was shocked at how well it went to be honest. I had Dr. Rodriguez for my surgeon. I am doing wonderful. They did everything as an American hospital would. If they hadn't done the swallow study, I might think so surgery was done!!

Life is good. Maintaining weight loss- still losing @ 1 lb a month.
Quality of life is amazing.
Still have the same restriction that I had at 8 months out because I have been very protective of my sleeve.
Love protein, hate sugary things, bread and pasta hurt my sleeve so easy to avoid.
