Oh these guys went above and beyond! I`ve never received such personal care and attention before, not in the hospital at least. Regarding transportation I had to wait a little bit on my way to Mexico, but wasn`t more than 20 minutes. The driver called me and said he was crossing the border, so I was fine with that. On the way back everything was flawless.
I decided to stay at the hospital, Irene recommended, she was my coordinator. And it was a good decision, I was very nauseous the first night, a lot of vomiting... the first night was the worst, but it got better the day after, and Dr.Luna was with me every day and until late at night. This is why staying at the hospital I think was better, everybody kept checking on me several times a day.
By now I`ve lost almost 80 lb, and couldn`t be happier. I don`t take any blood pressure meds anymore. I referred a friend of mine to Go Light Bariattrics and Dr.Zavalza, and she was just amazed with their service. Best decision of my life so far :)

I am feeling really good about my decision and the more positive feedback I hear, the better I feel :) I am also going through Go Light Bariatrics and Irene and will be using the hospital accommodations as well. Its good to hear from someone who has used the same services and that it went really well. I am excited to begin my new life :)
I live in California. You can watch my videos and see it's legit. I have a slideshow of before and after pics. I was one of the first to be sleeved by this company. I added their logo because thats wing went with. Google Dr Maytorena Mexicali as that's where he has done most of hip work. They're great and you won't regret using them.

Where are you from? Did a phone call with the coordinator make you feel comfortable? I am nervous to use maytoreana when I can't seem to find any reviews other than their website or YouTube videos other than ones that have their logo which meets me with concern! I want to believe it is truly under 3k and that it is legitimate.
I am considering having surgery with Dr. Maytorena and I was wondering if you could tell me more about the process. Everything posted online seems too good to be true so I just am hesitant... I'd like to see a review from someone not affiliated with the websites...thank you!
I got the majority of my protein from protein shakes that I found on Amazon....they are called MET RX and have 51 grams of protein. The overall experience was good stayed at the sage which are basically hotel rooms on top of the hospital. The hospital was alright remind me of a big clinic. The staff there was very good a little too attentive at times lol Dr Mario was nice and speak English and handsome 😊 but I will say this, if you need Fmla or disability papers done do it before you go/ give money because after I returned to the states I've never got a reply back and didn't get to get my disability or Fmla because he never responded or sent the paperwork. But that's my experience though everyone differs.
Hi! How did your experience with Dr. Gonzalez go, if you chose him? In scheduled next week and looking for recommendations? Staff, doctor, facilities, scaring, any issues? Thanks!
