You will be just fine and no I was not scared a little nervous that is all.
Yes it is different not eating what you are used to but for me it will be worth the while.
Keep your head on your shoulders and do not get could feet you will be just fine.
Let all us know how you surgery went, and good luck.
Iwill keep you in my prayers.
You will be just fine.
And yes you will get to to the stage that you would never thought of.
I hope that everything turns out for you.
Thats totally awesome, Ojos! I'm really happy for you. I shop Amazon just because I don't want to go store to store. But the fact you can do it and not feel all that tired is amazing. So happy for you. I hope I can relate after my surgery too :)
It is awesome that you are doing so well so soon after surgery. It only gets better, believe me. At first for me, eating less was very difficult because I really wanted to eat more. But that gets better with time. Good luck to you on meeting your weight loss goals and Merry Christmas to you!
You will likely need a seatbelt extender. All airlines carry them or you can even buy one in advance on Ebay. If you do buy one there are multiple kinds so you need to know what airline you are traveling on. This is only really recommended if you are too embarrassed to ask for one. Just quietly ask the flight attendant when you are boarding for it and she will get it for you.
You can also go on seatguru.com and check out which airlines have bigger seats. Most short delta flights are small for example - However, Delta has delta comfort seats which are not as expensive as first class and are bigger.
I flew a lot obese... so I did a lot of research.
Good luck!!
So today I did something that I though I would not have done in a long time.
I went shopping for Christmas presents for my family and I went some where I had to do a lot of walking, now mind you I am one that walks for 15 minutes and gets tired.
I walked around from store to store from about 10 am to about 1 pm and yes I felt tired but I could have still walk around a little more.
Just made my day thanks to DR.QUINONES I am able to do so much more than I would have dreamed of in a long time.
Yes I am just out over 3 weeks but man do I feel great, and in so little time I feel so different then before.
My headache are going away and not having as much heartburn as before.
I fell that Christmas is going to be so heard watching all the food knowing that I will get so full so fast.
But that is life some times we have to sacrifice to get what we want, and this is what I want for me a healthy life .
MARRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR...
You will be just fine, and know I was no scared maybe a little nerves that is all.
The food part yes it is very different but it is going to be worth it in the long run.
I think that that it will be a little hard watching all the food on Christmas but it will just fine.
Good luck on your surgery I will keep you in my prayers

I'm so happy to hear you're doing well. How is it eating now than it was before? It must be a really big difference to be full on so little. Were you really scared just before surgery or no? I'm about to schedule my date so I'm really facing the choice now but I'm feeling confident so far.
Cheers!
I had a VSG with Dr. Joya 9 years ago and my husband was sleeved a month ago with him. Great surgeon and hospital care. Highly recommend Dr. Joya and his support staff for this.
They are available for post op questions, but be aware that the post op care, nutritional advice is pretty much on your own.
Loved staying at the Westin PV post op...fantastic place.
