How do you deal with the negative views of others re:WLS and/or Mexico?

i told everyone who had to know and understand a significant absence and anyone who asked about it later. the reaction was interesting and varied. to some degree i think i learned what people thought about me and my ability to lead my own life. my decision to go to mexico was not a frivolous one. and i am an intelligent person. i could not say the same thing about anyone speaking "off the cuff" about my decision. the hell with them. do the work and make the best decision for you.
