Gastric bypass

Has anyone had the gastric bypass in mexico? If so who was the doctor, how much did they charge, and was it open or lap? Thanks for your help..

I had open RNY in Mexico with Dr. Aguirre on March 4, 2005. The total cost of the surgery and hospital was $9,400. With airfare, accomadations, food and such, we spent $11,300. It was the best money we have ever spent. I was on 12 medications and I am already off all 12! I have lost 39 pounds in a little over 2 months. Dr. A is the best and I highly recommend him. Hello Renee... I also had Surgery with Dr Aguirre this past January. My experience was the best, and I really feel that the care I received there was probably better than I would have received here in the US. Dr Aguirre saved and change my life and I am loving it everyday... Tracy 375/268/200

BREAKS DOWNS THIS WAY: 7,000 FOR DR. AGUIRRE. 2,000 FOR DR. SUSARAY- ANESTHISIOLOGIST IF YOU STAY 8 NIGHTS IN A HOTEL OR AN APARTMENT YOU ARE LOOKING AT ABOUT 1,000.
