One Year Anniversary Today!

I can't believe that one year ago today I had my RNY. This has been a very exciting year to say the least! I never dreamed I would reach goal in that year. I expected it to take about eighteen months. I am 5'3" tall. I started out wieghing 259 and today I weigh 139.5. That is a loss of 119.5 pounds. I am amazed. Not only have I lost weight, I feel like I have gained a lot of self confidence. I no longer want to hide in the background hoping no one will recognize me. I wish everyone of you the joy and happiness I now have as you make your weight loss journey. I thought I had a great life before WLS but it just keeps getting better. Cheri
