Hey Genie,
I had the same thought as Cindy. You may not be eating enough. I would ad something else instead of the sf popscicle as a morning snack. Your morning seems pretty lite. Maybe some beef jerkey or nuts or something? Or string cheese? Something good.
Also, you could use fitday.com to see how much you are actually getting in calories wise.
I just started using that and I really like it.
Anyway, good luck to you and you are doing fine.
