We have decided to list what we ate yesterday. That way we know lol I was good to a point B - eggs with onion and 1/2 piece of cheese s - protein drink l- the guts of a taco from taco bell s - skipped d- 1/2 egg roll and 1/3 cup fried rice s - 3 choc covered almonds

Hi Cindy! I think that is a good idea to post what we ate yesterday...keeps it real. However, I do not remember all that I ate. I know there were some poor choices in there though! So, from now on I am journaling all that goes into my mouth. So, this will really help me with being accountable to myself. Everyone have a great day!!! Molly 252/205/135

Hi Everyone Well I didn't quite eat what I planned on for yesterday.. Things change.. So this is a good ideal..Helps keep us honest with ourselves and others..After all we are human... Protein drink Breakfast: 4oz lite applesause Lunch: YUCK YUCK leftover taco bell salad snack: 2 strawberries yummm snack: cashews dinner: 3 oz spagetti ( the neighber likes to feed me her leftovers) trust me it didn't taste that good either... not her fault it's my taste buds. protein drink GerrAnn

Ok.. As bad as I hate to admit to my poor choices, I will post my food intake as best as I remember. B-2 Wasa crackers w/cream cheese/chopped beef spread (I Love this) I drink tea all day long L-1/2 sub sandwich w/extra meat (Hoagie roll) 1 small bag chips lettuce,tomatoes and pickles 16 oz water with peach flavored tea (crystal light) D-Other 1/2 sub with extra meat snacks through out day: popcorn, peanuts, Blue Bunny no sugar added ice cream bar. I am going to try to do my best to post what I eat daily. Some days I can eat more than on other days. Melodie 300/145

Hey Melodie I just had to comment on the success you have had in your weight loss..It is amazing.. I must say that you look a lot different in your after picture than you do in the one we see on here! I am so happy that you are over here to keep us motivated and on track.. Hi all! Yesterday, I was in the car with five children (2 of them autistic children) from 9:15 am until about 6:30 pm. Uuuggghhhhh. I had to drive to pick up my stepson for his Easter Vacation. Anyway, this is what I had yesterday: B: Most of a toaster strudel thing with egg, cheese, and bacon. Not a great choice but quick. Snack: maybe an ounce of turkey jerkey, 6 small pretzels L: 1/3 of a McD cheeseburger Snack: 1 bite of caramel candy that I stole from the kids. ;) D: 2 bites of pork chop and 1 slice of low carb rye bread with cream cheese Snacks: 15? cashews It seemed like I was eating a lot but I think it was because I was in the car with all kinds of snack foods and I was THINKING about food all day! I had all kinds of tempting foods within reach all day, so I did pretty good. Especially with being on the road and not at home. Tamara Doc appt tomorrow to check weight!! I am getting nervous. I am gonna cry if I haven't lost a decent amount of weight. Seriously.
