Nasty Dragon Breath

Hey all, Well I must be in ketosis because for the past 3 days I have had the worst gutteral breath in the world. It's soo bad I can smell MY OWN breath! I know about how it all works and why it's here, but I'd like to know if any of the earlier post-ops have a solution. I almost took a listerine strip yesterday and then realized that it might have sugar that races to my system. I would hate to dump because of a breath saver! Right now I am resorting to brushing my teeth 5 times a day. But if any of you have other ideas, I would love to hear it (so would my husband!) Talk to you guys later! Lisa

I sometimes suck on sugar free mints this to seems to help a little although I am getting tired of dragon breath too lol Cindy

Sorry Tracy....I'll go brush my teeth again! I wonder if Altoids has a sugar free mint. I need something stroooong! haha.
