HAS anyone found a great plastic surgeon outside the states?? I found one that use to work in Arizona but has opened a spa in Mexico. Let's try to share what we know and then do the research on them. I want a short scar arm lift, what do you want?

Wow I have been researching, and Dora lisa with Dr rumbaut introduced me to a great plastic surgeon. I am having he and Dr Locnicar do my cosmetic surgery.
I am scheduled in march.
