Tina, What I did is that I asked my surgeon to help me find a doctor for fills in the US. His office set me up with a doctor that does fills, I also got one for follow up care in case I needed something related to the band. Doctors that have been doing this longer have patients all over the US and they are getting their fills somewhere! Once you decide on a sugeon they can help you with this. Sandy lap band -dr aceves
